- Description
- The contractor must be capable of providing a virtual peer recovery support service to augment traditional outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment services for inmates confined in community-based programs referred by Community Treatment Services (CTS). These services must provide a mobile application through tele-support or video mechanism and must be delivered on to inmates in personal cellular phones, laptops, and tablets. The virtual peer recovery support service must make certified peer support specialists available to CTS inmate population 24- hours a day, 7 days a week. The virtual peer recovery support service must provide on going risk assessments and must monitor inmate quality of life perceptions. The virtual peer recovery service must collect data to provide the capability for CTS to monitor inmate treatment outcomes, relapse events and identify risk factors.
