AMENDMENT No. 1 SOLICITATION 36C248Q1373 EXTENSION OF DUE DATE TO SUBMITT QUOTES Solicitation 36C24822Q1373 due date for quote submittal is hereby extended from August 3, 2022 at 12:00PM AST until August 5, 2022 at 10:00 AM AST RESPONSE TO VENDOR QUESTIONS AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Q.1 The scope section 2.5 mentions to provide Temperature and Humidity parameters at room: Main Building: CP-1 DECO, Tray Storage Area and PREP Rooms and OPA Building: OPA 1F207 and OPA 1 F207A. Could you please provide the layout or location of these areas? R. Main Building areas are all located at Basement level of Main Building of the facility, the locations mentioned for OPA Building are all located in the Outpatient Annex floor 1 commonly known as the Primary Care Clinics area. Please find attachments containing site plans/layout. For Main Building Basement Floor: CP-1 DECO, Tray Storage Area and Preparation Rooms, refer to attached 0-floor, a complete Main Building Basement Floor drawing. For OPA Building 1st Floor: OPA 1F207 and OPA 1F207A, refer to the attached OPA Master 1st Floor, a complete OPA 1st Floor drawing.
