Description: This announcement constitutes a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Hanscom AFB, MA. The Government intends procure TACLANE KG-175 Encryptor Training via purchase order with a delivery period of 90 days, on sole source basis to provide for 66ABG/SC at Hanscom AFB.� Operational Contracting (AFLCMC/PZIB) proposes to execute, by means of other than full and open competition, a sole source purchase order contract to General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc. (�GDMS�), 12450 Fair Lakes Circle, Fairfax, VA� 22033.�
