- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City:Woodland or Davis Delineated Area: City Limits of Woodland, CA or Davis, CA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,500 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 36 months Additional Requirements: - Roll-up or equivalent large access door for moving machinery and equipment -Ground floor space; if other than ground floor space is offered then a loading dock and freight elevator would be required - A 250 sq ft caged or walled area for storage of sensitive items -Access to restrooms at the facility -Preference given to sites with climate control Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
