- Description
- United States Navy (USN) seeks to lease multiple fully-furnished dwelling units under the authority of 10 USC 8772 to have accommodations in place for members on sea duty or assigned to duty in connection with commissioning or fitting out of a ship in the vacinity of Vigor Shipyard in Portland, OR. This Solicitation is intended to meet the various bachelor quarters requirements aforementioned for a five-year period. Occupancy will begin after leases are awarded and executed. Initial occupancy dates are estimated to be August 29, 2022 � February 28, 2023. Initial occupancy requirement is for a seventy-five (75) personnel with intended housing arrangements of three (3) one-bedroom units and thirty-six (36) two-bedroom units to accommodate seventy-five (75) personnel, with a minimum of 1 parking space per bedroom.
