- The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located in Shiprock, New Mexico has a requirement for Pest Control Services for Northern Navajo Medical Center, Toadlena and Sanostee Health Clinic for the Facilities / Maintenance Department at Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC). The period of performance will be for twelve (12) continuous months beginning from the Date of Award. �(i.e. 01/10/2022 � 01/09/2023) North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325320 � Pest Control Agents and Disinfectants with a small business size of 1,000 employees. The Request for Quotation will be issued on or by August 10, 2022. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need outlined in the Statement of Work/Commercial Specifications, past performance, and price.� Questions may be submitted in writing via email no later than August 19, 2022. Quotes will be due on or before the closing date of the solicitation.� In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have � and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) � an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote. *There is no SF 1449 attached as the total estimated value is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
