Description

Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Office of Information Technology Acquisitions (OITA), intends to negotiate a Sole Source Purchase Order to PSPDF US, INC. to provide PSPDFKit Software License. The requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and in conjunctions with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423430, Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers, and the business size standard is 250 employees. PSPDF US, INC. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). PSPDF US, INC. has confirmed they do not have authorized distributers for the PSPDFKit Software License. This special notice of intent is neither a request nor a solicitation of offers; however, all information received within 15 days after date of publication of this special notice will be reviewed by the Government for future considerations. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Responses must provide clean and concise documentation indicating a contractor�s bona fide capability to provide this product or equivalency. Responses must include company name, address, telephone number of the requester, e-mail address, CAGE code and business size. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided. All information should be delivered via e-mail to myles.k.gasalao@irs.gov, no later than 11:00 AM PST, August 20, 2022. Information delivered by other than e-mail will not be accepted. Certifications in the System for Acquisition Management (https://sam.gov) must be current and active to be eligible for contract award.
