Description

The FPAC Business Center ISD provides Information Technology (IT) operations support for Risk Management Agency (RMA) cloud, on premise, and database infrastructure. Among other areas of responsibility, FPAC-BC operates and maintains IT applications and services supporting all Risk Management Agency (RMA) systems, including farm programs and farm loan program applications. Services include application and database operations, monitoring, vulnerability management, and application upgrades. Information Services Division (ISD) currently partners with USDA Digital Infrastructure Service Center (DISC), Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services, and Software as a Service (SaaS)-hosted solutions. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure IT services supporting the daily operations of RMA�s IT application portfolio and its underlying infrastructure. The Contractor shall maximize IT system availability and connectivity, ensure all IT systems are secure and maintained, and meet end user connectivity and support needs.
