Description

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for environmental chamber annual preventative maintenance for a base year and four 1-year option periods for the Sterling Field Support Center in Sterling, VA.� Please follow the Offeror Instructions in the solicitation document.�The NAICS code for this action is 811219 and is 100 percent for small business. The government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time the quote is submitted. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: www.sam.gov. The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the Certification of�Vaccination Form, a revised Statement of Work, and revised Offeror Instructions. The purpose of amendment 0002 is to revise the Statement fo work to remve the requirement to disassemble the Bemco Salt Fog Chamber and extend the due date until 8/12/2022 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.� Vendors are required to provide a signed copy of this amendment in their response to the solicitation. The purpose of amendment 0003 is to revise the clause 1352.213-70, Evaluation Utilizing SAP, to remove the electrical certification requirement and extend the due date until 8/17/2022 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.� Vendors are rquired to provide a signed coopy of this amendment in their response to the soliciation.�
