SOURCES SOUGHT N61331-22-SN-Q31 FOR UNMANNED UNDERWATER VEHICLE (UUV) PAYLOADS The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has a requirement to acquire unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs).� The UUVs are often used to support research and development (R&D) for advanced sensors and autonomous behavior development, crewed and uncrewed interoperability, as well as plug and play autonomy architectures. The contractor shall provide one UUV as well as the supporting sensors and hardware that shall be integrated into the UUV. The attached DRAFT�Performance Work Statement (PWS) specifies the requirements for this effort. This Sources Sought announcement is to identify sources capable of providing support for this effort. the information received will be used for planning purposes to help determine if the requirement can be fully or partially set aside to small business concerns. The NAICS code is�334511: Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing. A firm-fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated. Small businesses are encouraged to submit their capabilities. The resultant contract is anticipated to be for 16 weeks after contract award. The DRAFT PWS is attached. The PWS is only a draft and may change when the solicitation is issued; however, the core requirement will not change. Responses to this Sources Sought should include supporting materials that provide a demonstration of your company's capabilities and experience in reference to the listed tasks. In addition, responses should include: (1) CAGE code, DUNS number, and/or SAM ID. (2) Sources sought number (N61331-22-SN-Q31) and title (3) Name and address of firm (4) Size of business, including: average annual revenue for past 3 years, number of employees, and type of small business (8(a), Women-Owned, HUB-Zone, Veteran-Owned, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned business) (5) Ownership (including Country of Ownership)� (6) Number of years in business (7) Two points of contact, including: name, title, phone number, and e-mail address There is no specific format or outline submittals must follow. Summaries should be no longer than 15 pages in length. Submit responses to the contract specialist, Ms. Adrienne Brooks, via email at adrienne.f.brooks.civ@us.navy.mil and the contracting officer, Mr. Joel Roberson at�joel.t.roberson.civ@us.navy.mil on or before 1200 noon on 17 August 2022. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
