- The purpose of this solicitation Amendment is to: 1. Provide Government responses to questions received during the RFQ Q&A period. Please see Attachment C Vendor Questions Template_Government Response. 2. Update the RFQ Continuation Pages. 3. Update the Anticipated Contract Value from between $1,000,000.00 and $1,300,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 and $1,700,000.00. 4. Update Attachment B Pricing Schedule. 5. Update Attachment A PWS, Appendix A Workload Estimates. The total cumulative hours has increased from 7863.5 hours to 11,186 hours. Please review the SF30 and all attachments. The NEA requires Contractor Support to establish and provide professional services for a National Arts Statistics and Evidence-based Reporting Center (NASERC) and a Technical Working Group (TWG). The NASERC will analyze and report on national arts-related datasets according to a published schedule. The Contractor will work with the NEA to develop a schedule to produce evidence-based practice guides and topical reports (up to 20 pages in length, excluding appendices) for arts practitioners. The Contractor shall produce rapid literature/field scans (research briefs of 5-10 pages) for the NEA, as may be requested on an asynchronous basis.
