- Description
- Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for Monkey Heaters and Monkey Heater Spare Parts (BRAND NAME).� The Government intends to award a purchase order type contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Items.� The pricing will be per unit and inclusive of delivery. This brand name acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� The Brand Name Limited Source Justification (BNJ) will be posted with the solicitation.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 333414 � Heating Equipment (except Warm Air Furnaces) Manufacturing. A complete Request for Quote package will be available for downloading at SAM.Gov.� Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.� This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFQ or an obligation on the part of the Government.
