Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, INVITATION FOR BID OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE.� THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR GOVERNMENT PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Services Acquisition Branch is seeking HUBZone small businesses who believe they can perform management support services throughout various locations in the GSA Heartland Region 6 (KS, NE, IA, MO). Price preferences may be given to offerors who possess additional socio economic set asides for woman-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, or small disadvantaged business. Award is expected to be made on or around March 1, 2023 with an effective date of May 1, 2023. There will be one 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods for a total period of performance of five years. This contract will consist of approximately 30 professional and non-professional positions working full and part time. The number of ordered positions is subject to change throughout the life of the award. This will be a labor hour contract, meaning that each position will be paid for the actual number of hours worked.� Positions will be classified as telework or non-telework eligible depending on the Government�s needs and in accordance with applicable federal telework policies. The contract will require one project manager to oversee all positions under the contract. The project manager is an on-site position and will be located in Kansas City, Missouri. Interested vendors must have at least 1 year of experience within the last 5 years providing staffing / management support services for at least 15 concurrent administrative or professional type positions.
