Description
Request for Information (RFI) from Small, Small�Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, HUBZone, or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business�Concern. Naval History & Herritage Command is seeking Contractor Support.� The contracting team must have experience in: 1. Successful multi-million dollar national campaigns to plan and fund new museums or similar projects, and have the ability to share these lessons learned and best practices to train and build capacity throughout the Navy Museum Enterprise. 2. The national philanthropic community, including the ability to identify potential influencers with the capacity and interest to support the Campus Program, and then the ability to use this information to train museum staff members in best practices for 501(c)(3) partners 3. Creating and managing a comprehensive engagement plan for key stakeholders. Have the ability to train staff members throughout the Navy Museum Enterprise in best practices for stakeholder engagement. 4. Identifying Museum business operations, campaign, and planning challenges and proposing recommendations to build capacity at all museums throughout the Navy Museum Enterprise. 5. Conducting studies on the feasibility of a national capital campaign including public and private funding sources, given project parameters and possible influencers/stakeholders, and providing recommendations to support NHHC. Train staff members throughout the Navy Museum Enterprise on the best practices associated with a partner 501(c)(3)�s operations. Build capacity throughout the Enterprise by training at individual museums. Please do note submit quotes. Quotes will not be accepted.
