Description

The New Hampshire Air National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Unitron LP, 10925 Miller Road, Dallas, TX 75238 for a power converter intended for aviation purposes.� This determination to award a contract on a sole source basis stems from a recent sources sought notice (W50S8A22Q0026) where only one company provided a technically acceptable response to the Government.� �Please see the attached sole source determination for complete details.� This special notice is in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-3(b)(3)(i). �The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 335931 � Current Carrying Wire Device Manufacturing- a small business size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is posted for fifteen (15) calendar days.� No solicitation package will be available.� Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.�
