- Description
- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure data processing applications for seven-hundred-fifty (750) psychology assessments for Marine Corps Embassy Security Group. The contractor shall provide access to psychology assessments and generate reports. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above supplies to Psychological Assessment Resources (PAR) INC. The system now used by Marine Corps Embassy Security Group for psychology assessments is a PAR Inc. system. Proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete with this propoesd contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurment.
