Property Type Vacant Land Case Type Partial Acquisition The subject is a mostly rectangular tract of vacant land that totals 339.19 acres. The subject is recognized by the Eddy County Assessor as parcel number 4-131-151-266-136 and its common address is 295 Mescal Draw Road. Note that the subject�s access road (gravel / native two-track) does not extend all the way to the subject property, so the property owners are required to hike, or use other means of non-motorized access, to access the property.
