Description

SYNOPSIS FOR VARIOUS STYLES OF POLE MOUNTED STAINLESS STEEL TRANSFORMERS The Public Works High Voltage Department aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for the purchase of forty-one (41) Pole Mounted Stainless Steel Transformers varying in Kilovolt-ampere (KVA). It is the Government�s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be 100% Small Business set aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334416- Telephone and Telegraph Transformers, Electronic Component-Type, Manufacturing.� The Size Standard is 500.� The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This synopsis is not a request for quotes. Solicitation # M6700122Q1154 will be posted on or about five (5) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities Portal located at www.sam.gov.� It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.� Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov.� Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov.� All prospective offerors interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code) and be registered with the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at www.piee.eb.mil.� The point of contact for this solicitation is Ms. Regina Hartley, Contract Specialist, at phone number (910) 451-3014 or email regina.hartley@usmc.mil.� All responsible sources may submit an offer, which if timely received will be considered.
