Project Description:�� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Bolar Mountain Wastewater Treatment� Repairs at the Bolar Mountain Recreation Area located on the James River/Warm Springs Ranger District on the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests in Warm Springs, VA (Bath County).�� The Contractor shall complete the work in accordance with the contract documents and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, supervision, safety, transportation, testing/commissioning, licenses, and all other required appurtenances contained in the solicitation to complete the work.� The project consists of Base Bid Items for the repair of sand filter system cell number 3 (furthest from the building) and the Flow Equalization Tank (FET) walls.� The project also includes Options 001 to 007 for additional work.� Items labeled as options are not required to be exercised by the government and the Government reserves the right to exercise some or all options.� If exercised, the contractor will be required to perform the optional work in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract.� One award will be made from this solicitation, contractors must submit pricing for all items including the option items.
