Description: The objective of this requirement is to procure marketing advertisements, as requested, in support of the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center's (DLIFLC) accepted service faculty recruitment effort. The ads will be talored to expand the possible audience to non-US residents, graduating university students and language conference attendees who would not otherwise be aware of the DLIFLC. These employees will be used to fill ongoing and future critical language shortages. The proposed service would be for a bimonthly advertisement targeting language aquisition.
