Description

502d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source award to Pitney Bowes Inc., 3001 Summer St, Stamford, CT 06926-4317 for the purchase of software subscriptions (annual license) to SendPro 360.� Pitney Bowes Inc. is proprietary vendor and sole distributor of this commodity to JBSA-Lackland, TX.�� The requirement is to obtain a valid one-year subscription to SendPro 360. The anticipated period of performance for the service will be 26 September 2022 to 25 September 2023.� This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the requirement in writing to dustin.fazzini.2@us.af.mil no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time, Friday, 9 September 2022.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. No request for proposals or quotes will be issued base upon this Notice of Intent.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
