- The RPO EAST (Regional Procurement Office EAST) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc., 40 Liberty Boulevard, Malvern, PA 19355 to obtain the following brand name equipment that is compatible with the existing Siemens MRI equipment. 1 ea. Eaton 93PM-180 kW UPS: Complete system backup without interruption. -Eaton 93PM UPS Electronics Cabinet w/integrated maintenance bypass sidecar -Eaton 93PM Single Battery Cabinet System (Full load back-up time @ 180kW of 5.1 minutes.) - Network Card - Eaton (24x7) warranty through Eaton Corp - Optional Remote Monitoring Panel 1ea. Eaton 93PM Remote Monitoring Device: -Eaton 93PM Remote Monitoring Device: Wall-mounted display panel for monitoring the UPS status in the imaging suite when the UPS is located elsewhere in the facility. Includes Power Xpert Gateway Mini-Slot Card for interface with the 93PM UPS. -RMP Dimensions: 5.9 W x 0.8 D x 3.2 H -RMP Weight: 0.5 Lbs. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide this equipment must notify this Contracting Officer at Bridget.Kornish@va.gov NLT Thursday September 1, 2022, by Noon EST. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
