- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) intends to award a Sole Source contract to � Bermingham Controls, 11144 BUSINESS CIR, CERRITOS, CA 90703-55, �for repair services on Leslie valve assembly model PTLHNS-2� to restore to Original Manufacturers Specifications. The applicable North America Classification Code NAICS) is 811310, Industrial equipment and machinery repair and maintenance services. The appropriate PSC Code for this requirement would be J048: Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Valves. The small business standard is $8,000,000. PSNS & IMF will use Other Than Full and Open Competition. The proposed contract action is Sole Source only. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotation.� No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice by 11 AM Pacific Standard Time, September 14, 2022 via email to Christopher.L.Parke1@navy.mil AND CC: Nickson.Hatungimana@navy.mil A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closed date specified herein will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
