Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award a Sole-Source / Brand Name Purchase Order and is not a request for competitive proposals. The authority for this sole-source procurement is FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon intends to issue a Sole-Source, Firm-Fixed price purchase order to InVeris Training Solutions, INC 296 Brogdon Road, Suwanee, GA 30024-8615, Cage Code: 087W6 UEID: H3BJSKLLEF57. The requirement is to replace target range for training site with proprietary items that will be purchased such as:�Type 3 SAT Assembly, D/C Version, RF, Antenna 1/4 WAVE WHIP� 916406, HIT Sensor, Modular SAT-1055120-2, TGT Stud Support Assy.� 88621, Target Pivot ARM Assy.� 88235, Fuse BUSSMANN � 1062849, CONN, M12 4-PIN Y-Splitter � 1062849, Battery, 100AH � 913115, Battery Box, Snap-Top, BLK � 917698, Battery Harness, NGLF SAT � 1050217, Stationary Armor Target: Type 111 - O&M Manual � 1063012, and Stationary Armor Target: Type 111 - O&M CD - 1063012-CD.�� This notice of intent is not a request for Competitive Proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses received by 2:00pm EST on 02 September 2022 . All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish capability to fulfill this requirement. MICC-Fort Gordon will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interest parties in response to this notice.
