Description

In accordance with Section T3.2.2.4.A.3(b) of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Guidance, the purpose of this announcement is to inform the industry of the basis for the FAA�s decision to contract via single source justification to Philips Healthcare Informatics, LLC for Diagnostic Imaging Software (DIS). Market Research identified Philips Healthcare Informatics as the only source of the DIS software that the Office of Aerospace Medical (AAM) & Aerospace Medical Certification Division (AMCD) needs to conduct advanced medical panel reviews of airmen seeking medical certification in a virtual environment.� Please see attached Statement of Work for requirement details. All responses to this announcement must be sent to heather.a.amaral@faa.gov by 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 14, 2022.
