Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation/RFP No. is N4019222Q4922. All incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 484220, Specialized Freight (except Used Goods) Trucking, Local. The Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Site Marianas Contracting Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following services in accordance with the Statement of Work. ITEM/ DESCRIPTION/ QUANTITY/ UNIT OF ISSUE: Proposals shall include all labor, equipment to include pumps, fittings, hoses, positive displaced flow meter, and tank trucks/transport trailers necessary for the transporting and handling of Government owned Fuel, Naval Distillate (F76) and Turbine Fuel aviation (JP5) to various points on the Island of GUAM as specified in the Statement of Work..
