Abraham Woods Jr. Boulevard;�West: 14th Streeet N.;�South: 1st Avenue N.;�East: Richard Arrington Jr. Boulevard Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�14,660 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,393� Space Type:�Office and related use Parking Spaces (Total):�As required by local code Parking Spaces (Structured):�One (1) reserved Full Term: 15 years Firm Term:�10 years Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous on one floor Offered space must be on the second floor or higher Offered space must be capable of meeting GSA�s Facility Security Level 3 Security Requirements, as determined by the Government in its sole discretion Offered buildings may not house law enforcement agencies adversarial to the Office of the Federal Public Defender Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
