Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Louisiana City: Covington / Albita Springs / Slidell Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: From the intersection of Highway 190 and Highway 21, traveling northeast on Highway 21 to the intersection of Highway 21 and Highway 59. Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of Highway 21 and Highway 59, traveling south on Highway 59, turning left on Robert Road, turning right on Maplewood Drive, turning right on Jeffrie Street, turning left on Elder Street, turning right on Nosworthy Drive, turning right on Marion Street, turning right on Strain Road then immediate left on S Strain Road, right on Little Creek Road to the intersection of Little Creek Road and Interstate 12. Southern Boundary: From the intersection of Little Creek Road and Interstate 12, traveling west on Interstate 12 to the intersection of Interstate 12 and Highway 190. Western Boundary: From the intersection of Interstate 12 and Highway 190, traveling north on Highway 190 to the intersection of Highway 190 and Highway 21. Minimum Sq. Ft. Two bay openings size 15' x 15', drive in bay doors or ramp that can accommodate a vehicle driving in. Exterior lot has to have turn radius for a F150 towing a trailer. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
