Description

Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with: Apex Integrated Distribution LLC 11211 Arroyo Ave Santa Ana, CA 92705-2494 ueiSAM: JYL9EM912YK7 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office 1 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, sole source purchase order for two Rotanta General Purpose Benchtop Centrifuges, two Rotanta General Purpose Floor Model Centrifuges, and two Rotanta Rolling Carts for Centrifuges. Pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127(b), COs may use other than full and open competition when awarding to SDVOSB and VOSB firms for procurements under the SAT. SDVOSB Apex Integrated Distribution LLC can provide an exact match to the requirement on the open market. The intent is to procure the products on a sole source basis. No solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities. The NAICS 339113. The size standard is 750. The FSC is 6515.
