Description: This Statement of Work (SOW) addresses the need to modify the Kessler K-100 Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) to be used by Air Mobility Liaison Officers of the 621st Mission Support Operations Squadron (MSOS). The current kit�s size and weight does not meet AMLO mission needs. These modifications to the existing kit will meet those needs. The work must be accomplished within a 90-mile radius of Ft. Campbell, KY to facilitate coordination with the 621 MSOS project manager and final kit assembly at Ft. Campbell, KY.
