- Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: OK City: Tulsa Delineated Area: North: W. 2 nd St. East: S. Cincinnati Ave. / E. 3 rd St. / S. Boston St. South: W. 6 th St. West: S. Denver Ave. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,670 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,050 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 22 Parking Spaces (Surface): 13 Parking Spaces (Structured): 9 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 17 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: ? Office space must be contiguous, self- contained, and public may not access space without authorized entry. ? 24 hour/7 day a week access required, with overtime utilities if requested. ? The secured network room must be fully enclosed and have a lockable door. ? Visitor parking must be located within four blocks or less of the FDP Office for visitors. ? FPD Office must be within walking distance to the courthouse. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500-year flood plain. 09/2020 Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Tulsa, OK, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
