- DLA Troop Support, Subsistence Directorate, Operational Rations, Group Rations intends to solicit a request for proposal on Solicitation SPE3S1-22-R-00015. The proposed acquisition shall be Unrestricted for Full and Open competition for Pan Coated Peanut Butter Disks to be utilized within the Unitized Group Ration � H&S & UGR-M programs. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Depot Tracy, CA. NSN: 8925-01-529-6663, 1.53 oz. flex package Item Description: Pan Coated, Peanut Butter Disks Specification: Type IV, Style A, Flavor 4, CID A-A-20177F dated July 12, 2019. (Utilized for Unitized Group Rations- Heat & Serve and UGR-M). Technical Specification: Contract Type: 2-Year Tiered Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity Contract Source Selection Method: Low Price Technically Acceptable Pricing Agreement: Fixed-Price Inspection at Origin.
