INTRODUCTION� The Airborne Electronic Attack, code E573200, is one of the Integrated Product Teams (IPT) for Naval Mission Planning Systems (NavMPS) under Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) in Point Mugu, California. The IPT is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties with an interest in providing one (1) PAO, potable liquid-to-air, non-refrigerated cooling cart for its avionics laboratory. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. DISCLAIMER� THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. ALL INFORMATION RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT MARKED �PROPRIETARY� WILL BE PROTECTED AND HANDLED ACCORDINGLY. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES NavMPS is one of two programs tasked by Naval Air Systems Command to support the development, integration, test, and evaluation of mission planning, data and technology products in an operating environment through varied platforms including aircraft and defensive electronic warfare capabilities. NavMPS maintains laboratory spaces that store avionics equipment and control systems tools in support of integration and testing of emerging requirements. This notice seeks to identify potential sources for the requirement below. This documentation should address, at a minimum, the following: 1. The title of the requirement for which you are submitting a capabilities statement package. 2. Include your company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, fax number, and email address 3. Include your company profile to include office location(s), cage code, and Unique Entity ID number. 4. Describe your company size by number of employees, and if your company size is large or small according to the 334513 NAICS code size standard. Small business size standard for this NAICS code is 750 employees. � 5. If your company is a small business, specify if it is any of the following: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSM), HUBZone Small Business, 8(a) concern, Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB).� 6. Information in sufficient detail regarding ability to supply product. Include the following supporting information: contract number(s), designation as a prime or subcontractor, organization supported, contract values, and Government point of contact, if available. 7. Information to help determine if the requirement is commercially available, including pricing information, basis for the pricing information (e.g. market pricing, catalog pricing), delivery schedules, customary terms and conditions, warranties, and/or proprietary information.
