Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Qiagen LLC, 19300 Germantown Rd, Germantown, MD 20874-1415. The NAICS code is 334516, and the requirement is for the following items: 7 Each � Qiagen EZ2 Connect Fx 7 Each � Qiagen EZ2 Connect, Installation, & Training The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Qiagen LLC is the exclusive US distributor and manufacturer for the EZ2 Connect. �The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12.� THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.� If no affirmative written responses are received by 8:00am EST on 8 September 2022, an award will be made without further notice. �Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.� A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
