Description

UPDATE 9/1/2022: Amendment 0001 has been posted. Please see W9098S22Q0085 Conformed to Amd 0001 for more information. Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Upgrades to an exisitng EDS System in support fo Rock Island Arsenal � Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). This requirement is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commerical Items, and FART Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award one firm-fixed price contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the terms and conditions of this solicitation as outlined in FAR 9.104- 1. Please see the attached solicitation for more information.
