- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. W50S9222Q9020 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). 2. This requirement is solicited 100% Total Small-Business set-aside. 3. Below is the contract line item number (CLIN). � �a) CLIN 0001 � 1 Job, Halon Fire Extinguisher Inspection/Maintenance Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS); � �b) CLIN 0002 � 1 Lot, Not Priced, Over and Above Work as defined by DFARS 252.217-7028. See paragraph 3.5.2 of the PWS for specific procedures for use. 4. Description of requirement for the services to be acquired. � a) Period of Performance: � � � a. CLIN 0001 �30 calendar days after pickup for each unit with all services completed within 90 days after the date of award; � � � b. CLIN 0002 � To be determined after award as needed. � b) Performance Location: 193 SOCES at 78 Mustang Alley, Middletown, PA 19335 � c) Inspection and acceptance: FOB destination � d) Wage Determination: 2015-4225, Rev 22, 27 June 2022 5. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective 26 May 2022. 6. All quotes shall include a statement of intent in regards to the use of TO 13F4-4-121 in accordance with paragraph 1.4 of the PWS. In the event the intent is to utilize a manual other than TO 13F4-4-121, a copy of the relevant information of the intended manual is required in addition to the quote. Failure to provide the statement of intent or the relevant information from the proposed commercial manual may result in and exclusion from the competition. Questions and Answers. All questions must be submitted via email to TSgt Caitlyn Hart at caitlyn.hart@us.af.mil. The deadline for submitting questions is Friday, 26 August 2022 at 10:00 am ET. Questions submitted after the aforementioned cutoff date may not be answered. Offer Due Date. Offers are due on Tuesday, 6 September 2022 at 10:00 am ET. Only electronic offers submitted via email will be considered for this requirement.
