- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number 12FPC422Q0084 is issued as a Request for quotation (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13 are being utilized. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 effective 8/10/2022. This is a 100% Small Business set aside.� The applicable NAICS code is 336999, All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing, which has a size standard of 1,000 employees. For more information on size standards visit http://www.sba.gov/size.� Description of Requirement. USDA NRCS Florida agency mission requires the purchase of two (2) Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs). The objective is to purchase terrain vehicles equipped to meet the needs for field mission work in different environments and over different terrains.� Vendor must provide a list of authorized dealer(s) to service these vehicles in the vicinity of the delivery addresses. Date(s) and Place(s) of Delivery and Acceptance.� Delivery will be made to the addresses in Attachment A.� Delivery shall be no later than 90 days from issuance of purchase order.� If this delivery date cannot be met, offeror must provide the expected delivery date with the quote. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Award is made to the quoter who demonstrates that they meet the minimum technical requirements below, and then is the lowest price.� To be considered technically acceptable, the offeror must meet the below criteria and return with the quote: You must be active in SAM prior to award. A document, with photo, describing the UTV and how it meets the Government requirements. A list of approved dealers in the vicinity of the delivery locations for servicing purposes. If none, address how the vehicles will be serviced for warranty and repairs. Return with quote the below checked provisions, 52.204-24 and 52.204-26. Priced line items from section (v). Amendments acknowledged, if any issued. Please see attached soliciation for detailed narrative.
