(Japan Time).�All terms and conditions remain the same. ** Amendement 0003 (Aug 29, 2022) ** The purpose of this amendment 0003 is to amend the Statement of Work (SoW). �The SOW dated in August 2022 is attached.� The solicitation submission date and all terms and conditions remain the same. ** Amendment 0002 ( Aug 25, 2022) ** The purpose of this amendment 0002 is to extend the solicitation submission date from 11:00 am., Aug 25, 2022, to 11:00 am, Sep 06, 2022. (Japan Time).�All terms and conditions remain the same. **�RFQ Q&A� was attached� (22 Aug, 2022).** **For an onsite survey requet, send email to minako.nakasone.jp@us.af.mil by 15:00pm 23 Aug (JST).�� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and the attached Request for Quotation FA527022Q0073 Amendment 0001 constitute the only solicitation being issued; the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to change the submission due date of solicitation. This procurement is being issued as FIRM FIXED PRICE, and NOT set-aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. �Offerors may register at www.sam.gov . �A DUNS (Duns and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register.
