- Description
- The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award to Aerodata, Inc, 14988 N. 78th Way, Ste 214, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260, under the authority of FAR Part 13 for Aircraft Weight & Balance/Performance Services and Support for JPATS owned Boeing B737 series aircraft: �three (3) Boeing 737-400�s, one (1) Boeing 737-700, and one (1) Boeing 737-800. Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the Government and related industry, it has been determined that this requirement can only be met through Aerodata, Inc. Aerodata, Inc. is the only source reasonably available and has the unique capabilities that satisfy the agency. The period of performance will be from October 1, 2022 � September 30, 2023. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals, nor a request for offers; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by contacting Victor J. Stamps, Victor.J.Stamps@usdoj.gov, no later than 11:00am (CST) on Friday, September 16, 2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail to demonstrate the interested party's capabilities to perform the requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether there is an opportunity to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement will be based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs for producing and emailing capability packages. Responses received will be evaluated; however, Responses sent via other means (i.e. via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not be considered.
