- This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source award on the basis of other than full and open competition in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, as the unique supplies and services are only available from one source and awarding to any other source would not fulfill the agency�s requirements. This is not a Request for Quotes or Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of the responses to this notice. The purpose of this notice is to allow interested parties to assert and explain their capability to satisfy the requirement described. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) located at 820 Chandler Street, Fort Detrick, MD on behalf of the Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC), intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to All Inspire Health Inc. Required Capabilities AUGi: Augmented Intelligence is the name of the device offered by the vendor. This is the device TATRC/MMSIV is actively trying to acquire for mobile data collection. Automatically and passively capture clinical behaviors and activities to measure care performance Automated feedback into care insight to better support timely and proactive care Provide on demand historical care activities to support reporting processes and future investigation or analytics Provide a method and platform to view operational metrics through escalating tiers of decision makers to optimize decision making and resource utilization Trend actions and behaviors of patients and caregivers to design and implement more efficient training and care delivery Provide access to the vendor�s proprietary analytics engine to interpret complex behaviors, motions, and activities into meaningful data presented through an accessible dashboard to drive decision making and care delivery changes. AUGi Device Tripod: This tripod is designed to hold and stabilize the device to while recording for optimal positioning and image capture. Unlimited Data Collection and Storage: This capability is offered by the vendor to store collected images, videos, audio, and analytics performed by the vendor so TATRC/MMSIV can easily access the data for further analysis and comparison.
