- INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to Censis Technologies Inc. (SAM Unique Entity ID CNBJU7PDKK91), 4031 Aspen Grove Dr Ste 350, Franklin, TN 37064-7323 for the following services: Censitrac Subscription Services for Real Time Location System (RTLS). The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed procurement is for the purchase of Onsite Laser Marking and Data Optimization for Real Time Location System (RTLS). Marking & Commissioning (M&C) service for NYHHS Manhattan Campus. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 with a size standard of $22 million. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 12:00pm Eastern on September 12, 2022. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to Andres.cepeda@va.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
