- Description
- The 2nd Range Operations Squadron, Vandenberg SFB CA intends to issue a sole-source procurement action to Photo-Sonics Inc. to provide (20)� T-Bolts used to mount camera and lens to equipment to the Photo-Sonics Cine-Sextan Tracking Mount System.. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 332722, Bolt, Nut, Screw, Rivet, and Washer Manufacturing with a business size standard of 500 employees. The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only onesource under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 30 days of publication of this Special Notice.Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above. Interested parties must provide a rationale as to why they should beconsidered. Respond to the below point of contact referencing contract number F4D1A12160AW01�by 5 Oct 2022, 12 p.m. (PST). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The 30th Contracting Squadron will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing capability information.
