Description

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Industrial Security Directorate (ISD) and the Threat Directorate (TD) located in Quantico, VA intends to award a sole source contract to Bloomberg Finance, L.P. for the following services: Bloomberg Terminal Licenses. See the attached Statement of Work for a detailed description. The NAICS code is 519190 � All Other Information Services with a large business size standard of $30 million dollars. The PSC code assigned to this requirement is DA10� IT and Telecom � Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service. The determination not to compete this requirement was made pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement pursuant to the authority of FAR subpart 13.5. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by the date and time indicated within this posting, award will be made without further notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
