- AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of Amendment 1 is to provide Answers to the following Questions: Q1. Can un uncertified Woman Owned Small Business still qualify for this proposal? A1. All vendors submitting quotations shall have Representations and Certifications updated in SAM.gov for which the WOSB is a self-certification process, and shall be marked to indicated the WOSB representation to be considered for award. Q2. What is your budget or budget range or how much have you spent on similar work in the past?� A2. �Allowable information is provided in the RFQ documentation. Budget or Budget information is not allowable for this Request for Quote requirement.� Q3. What is your estimate of the number of individuals who would be served by the project? Are you anticipating individual services, group services, or a mixture of both? A3. We anticipate 9 individuals participating during the base period services. These will be a mixture of both group and individual services. The number of participants for the option services and types are detailed in the PWS.� Q4. What is your preferred modality for meetings (in-person, virtual)? Will all meetings be conducted using the same modality? A4. The individual interviews are anticipated to be virtual. However, group meetings are preferred to be in person. The preferred modality is hybrid virtual and in person. See PWS. Q5. If there is a face-to-face facilitator, can there also be a virtual facilitator? A5. Yes that is acceptable.� Q6. Will answers to questions from all potential vendors be shared among all of us? A6. All questions posed by the Questions sent to the CO by the timeline in the RFQ will receive a timely response via Amendment to the RFQ for all potential vendors information. Q7. Will we be able to learn who the other bidders are? A7. No. Q8. Is there an incumbent? A8. We do not have an incumbent for this requirement.� Q9. If so, are they eligible to re-compete for this solicitation? A9. N/A see answer to Q8. Q10. Do you know if they plan to recompete? A10. N/A see answer to Q8. Q11. Are you able to extend the deadline? A11. Due to our system shutting down this month, we can not honor your request to extend this solicitation.
