- BLM-CO Erosion Control Supplies This a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products for Erosion Control Supplies described in attachment 1. The materials will be used to control erosion on the Pine Gulch burned area near Grand Junction, CO. The Government will consider multiple awards for this procurement, i.e to more than one vendor in the case that one can't supply all the line items, but would much prefer to make one single award to one vendor. These supplies will be delivered to the ware yard in Whitewater, CO (39�00'37.3""N 108�28'11.8""W) and will be offloaded with the Government's telehandler. However, you must coordinate delivery ahead of time to ensure and access and availability of personnel to receive the shipment. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov 2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day after delivery 3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items 4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 5. Award Basis - Low Price Technically Acceptable 6. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price Minimum requirements for responsive quote: 1. Filled out, dated, priced and signed SF1449 2.
