Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to issue a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Government Scientific Source, Inc., 1375 12351 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, Virginia 20191, (Unique Entity ID: J49CN39QTNW3). This posting/notice is related to the procurement of a Protein Simple Maurice Platinum Service Plan for KF-1875. See attached justification for other than full and open competition. The Government contemplates the award of a firm fixed-price contract consisting of a base year and four option years (12-month periods). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the agency. Responses must be received no later than 3:00pm EST on September 14th, 2022. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Respondents should ensure the information provided is detailed, current, accurate, and complete. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 811219.
