Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Irving, TX 75063 is issuing this special notice to inform industry of the intent to execute a single source award as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) to Cybrary Inc. 4600 River Road, College Park, MD 20740. Prior to awarding, market research was conducted and concluded the request to training services as a sole source contract is in the best interests to the Government because the training is not available from any other contractor. In accordance with FAR Part 13, specifically Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), there is only one (1) responsible source, and no other software licenses will satisfy agency requirements.� This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13. The place of performance is as follows: 4600 River Road, College Park, MD 20740. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541519. The Small Business Administration size standard for this sector size number of employees is 150. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement and supporting documentation to the contracting office no later than Friday, September 12. 2022, 9:00 AM, EDT. Interest/capability statements may be sent to Terry Teichmann via email to terry.l.teichmann@ice.dhs.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
