W911SF22R0034 Notice of Intent to Award L3HARRIS This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201.� The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Benning�s intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to L3HARRIS TECHNOLOGIES, INC. for purchasing XG-75 radios and accessories for Logistics Readiness Command (LRC) Fort Benning.� DUNS/UEI SLVERBJAVNS4, CAGE Code 1PNR4 of Address 221 Jefferson Ridge Pkwy, Lynchburg, VA 24501-6952. The Government intends to negotiate solely with L3Harris Technologies, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only One Source capable of meeting the Government�s requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies.� The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the business size standard is 1250 (# of employees). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.� No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.� No telephonic inquiries will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. � THIS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for L3Harris portable radios.� The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Fort Benning Mission and Installation Contracting Command intends to make a sole source award on or about 14 September 2022 to L3Harris Technologies, Inc., 221 Jefferson Ridge Pkwy, Lynchburg, VA 24501-6952. �
