W911SF-22-P-0033 Notice of Intent to Award RSMEANS Software This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201.� The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Benning�s intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to R.S. Means Company LLC. for purchasing RSMeans Online Subscription for Fort Benning.� DUNS/UEI J6NFGHNK4JY6, CAGE Code 5L556 of Address 1099 Hingham St Ste 201, Rockland, Massachusetts 02370-3319. Product:�RSMEANS Online Complete Subscription �� SKU:�COMPLETE� QTY:�24 Required Equipment: User licenses for access to Gordian's proprietary RSMeans Online software. Other information may be requested after initial response, either from individual respondents or all respondents. This notice is the only document that will be published notifying interested vendors of the government's intent. Interested vendors are advised that information provided to the Government in regard to the product components proposed will be considered proprietary information (unless clearly marked as available to the general public) and will not be released to the public or other interested vendors. The government may retain this information for its records indefinitely. The Government intends to negotiate solely with R.S. Means Company, LLC. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only One Source capable of meeting the Government�s requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies.� The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 and the business size standard is $41.5 million. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.� No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.� No telephonic inquiries will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. � THIS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for R.S. Means Online Subscriptions.� The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Fort Benning Mission and Installation Contracting Command intends to make a sole source award on or about 14 September 2022 to R.S. Means Company LLC, 1099 Hingham St Ste 201, Rockland, Massachusetts 02370-3319.
