Description

This requirement is for medical waste disposal services for the Medical Group at kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan Place of Performance: The 18th Medical Group located at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan, in BLDG 626 & BLDG 731.� The anticipated requirement is for 12 months, with a base year plus four (4) option years, starting on 1 October 2022.�� Potential sources who are interested should respond via e-mail by 23 September, 2022, 11:00 a.m. (Japan Time) and submit the following information: Business Name and address; Point of contact, with name, title, phone number, and e-mail address; If applicable, a GSA contract number; CAGE code and DUNS number; Information for recent/relevent projects similar in nature, to include contract number (if applicable); Submit to: Kevin Bowers at Kevin.Bowers.3@us.af.mil.�� Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 8 September 2022 (17 pages); Attachment 2 - Drawings for BLDG 626 & BLDG 731; Attachment 3 - Past and Present Performance Question Form; Attachment 4 - Question Form NOTE: THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN
